  11. Prepare 15 oz of Can of Black beans.
  12. You need 2 can of Old Elpaso mild green chili enchilada sauce.

  2. Bake or boil chicken, set aside and let cool.
  3. Heat 1/2 cup of oil and fry each tortilla for ONLY 3 SECONDS each. You are just trying to soften them..
