  2. Prepare of Cabbage.
  3. It's of Beef.
  4. Prepare of Spring Onions.

  9. Prepare of Water.

Vegetable spring rolls instructions

  1. For the vegetable filling grate carrot and cabbage,chop spring onions and set aside.
  2. With very little quantity of vegetable oil fry meat with spring onions and add slightly small quantity of seasoning wit Ghana pepper.(I usually add beef or chicken to my vegetable spring rolls but in very small quantity.).
  3. Add in the carrot and cabbage and stir for 5 minutes and put down from the cooker to cool..
  4. For the wrappers,put all purpose flour in a bowl,add about 3 spoons of corn flour,a teaspoon of salt and mix with water to get a flowing and smooth texture..
  5. Put your non stick pan on the fire and allow to heat. Make your wrappers buy carrying a handful of the flour mixture and rub in the pan.it will form like a pancake, turn over and immediately remove and put on a tray to cool leaving the side that was facing the pan now facing up..
  6. After the wrappers are cool,start foiling it up and rolling. Watch the filling and rolling steps from the pictures.
  7. Rub your flour mixture to to seal the wrapper and deep fry. You can make it overnight and refrigerate to fry the following day..
