  3. For the flour paint, in a bowl,sieve the flour,add the baking powder,a pinch of salt and eggs,using a whisker,add water little by little untill the paint mixture is done not too watery and not too sticky,.
  4. Place your non stick fry pan on a low medium heat a half spoon oil and rub with a clean tissue,using a brush,paint the pan with the mixture, make sure every where is painted carefully without any hole in it,when it's done it will start to liftup by itself,then it's ready for making the samosa and spring rolls repeat the same process until you're done.
  5. Place it on a chopping board,cut in to 4 equal halves,take one side and rub your glue that is the flour mixture,flip the other side,add a spoon of meat filling in it and close it with the other side forming a triangular shape, and for the spring rolls put 1 1/2 spoon of the vegetable filling and fold it like a mat,u will have 24,pieces of samosa and. 8 pieces of spring rolls approximately!.
