  2. Prepare 5 tbsp of tomato purree+ 2tbsp yogurt.
  3. It's 3 tbsp of ginger garlic and green chilli paste(3G paste).
  4. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of Paprika powder.
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of Chilli flakes.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of Garam masala.
  8. You need 1 tsp of Black pepper.
  9. It's 1 tsp of Sauteed saunf.
  10. Prepare tsp of Kalwanji quarter.
  11. It's 1 tsp of Dhania powder.
  12. It's 1 tsp of Turmeric.
  13. It's 1 tsp of Zeera.
  14. You need 3 of choti elaichi(powder).
  15. You need 1/2 kg of minced meat(beef).
  16. You need 3 of medium sized potatoes(cut into small cubes).

Lahori Aloo Keema step by step

  1. Saute all the dry ingredients for 2-3 minutes in a cup of oil and then add 3G paste saute again for one minute and then add tomatoes purree+yogurt and mix well for again 3 minutes.....
  2. Now add minced meat and cook for 5-10 minutes.....
  3. After 5-10 minutes add chopped onions and again cook for 5 minutes....
  4. Add potatoes and simmer on a low flame for more 15 minutes....
  5. Put it in a serving bowl and garnish parsley,sliced ginger and green chillies....
