Ingredients of Lahori Aloo Keema
- It's 1 of medium sized onion(chopped).
- Prepare 5 tbsp of tomato purree+ 2tbsp yogurt.
- It's 3 tbsp of ginger garlic and green chilli paste(3G paste).
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Paprika powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Chilli flakes.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Garam masala.
- You need 1 tsp of Black pepper.
- It's 1 tsp of Sauteed saunf.
- Prepare tsp of Kalwanji quarter.
- It's 1 tsp of Dhania powder.
- It's 1 tsp of Turmeric.
- It's 1 tsp of Zeera.
- You need 3 of choti elaichi(powder).
- You need 1/2 kg of minced meat(beef).
- You need 3 of medium sized potatoes(cut into small cubes).
Lahori Aloo Keema step by step
- Saute all the dry ingredients for 2-3 minutes in a cup of oil and then add 3G paste saute again for one minute and then add tomatoes purree+yogurt and mix well for again 3 minutes.....
- Now add minced meat and cook for 5-10 minutes.....
- After 5-10 minutes add chopped onions and again cook for 5 minutes....
- Add potatoes and simmer on a low flame for more 15 minutes....
- Put it in a serving bowl and garnish parsley,sliced ginger and green chillies....
