Ingredients of Chinese Bolognese

  1. Prepare 500 g of beef mince.
  2. It's 4 cakes of Sharwoods fine egg noodles or similar.
  3. Prepare 4 of large mushrooms chopped into large slices.
  4. You need of few florets of frozen broccoli.
  5. You need 1/2 of onion, chopped.
  6. Prepare 1 of large clove garlic finely chopped.
  7. Prepare 2 tablespoons of cornflour.
  8. You need 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
  9. You need 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce.
  10. Prepare 1 teaspoon of sugar.
  11. It's 1 tablespoon of seasame oil.
  12. It's 1 teaspoon of white pepper optional.

Chinese Bolognese instructions

  1. Fry onions and garlic in little oil.
  2. Add mince to browned onions and brown.
  3. Add mushrooms and broccoli.
  4. Stir sauce ingredients in a mug. Soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster, pepper, cornflour etc. Start with cornflour and stir to smooth paste then fill cup with water. Add this to your pan when mushrooms and brocolli have softened.
