1. You need of Permento cheese.
2. Prepare of Dough donut bun.
3. Prepare of Fried chicken.
4. Prepare of Sunny side egg.
5. It's of Eggs and milk for chicken dunk.
6. You need of Corn oil.

BrightEye Chicken Sandwich instructions

1. Heat fry oil to 325° - 350°.
2. Set up flour with seasoning.
3. Mix eggs and milk for chicken dunk and run the chicken through the milk mix and flour rotating through both twice.
4. Drop chicken in oil for around 4 or 5 minutes, flip for 3 more and check temp for 165°.
5. Mix mayo, cheddar cheese and permentos together for permento cheese.
6. Cut donut in half and add permento to both sides, the chicken to the bottom half.
7. Cook sunny side egg and add ontop of the chicken and top with the second half of donut.
