  1. Cut beetroot in small pieces and microwave for 4_5 min so that moisture goes away.now add meyonese,cheesspread,salt,mixed herbs and coarsely grind in mixer.you can also make fine paste if u like so.i like the crunchy taste of beetroot so I kept it coarse.
  2. Now cut wheat bread or Multi grain bread into round or heartshape pieces.mix finally cut veggies with salt and red chilli flakes.now speed beetroot mixture on bread and top it with veggies mix and paneer.put grated cheese over it and on top sprinkle chill flakes..
