- Prepare 2-3 slices of Bread..
- You need 2 tbsp of Mayonise.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Brocolli.
- It's 1/4 cup of Mushrooms.
- Prepare 3 pcs of Tomato, thinely sliced.
- It's 2-3 tbsp of Olives..
- It's As required of Cheese.
- You need 1 tbsp of Chilli flakes.

Healthy Sandwich step by step
- Firstly take a slics of bread and take out it's Corners from all the four sides..
- Now jst polish one side of the bread with a vry thin layer of butter and roast it for 10-15 seconds..
- Now keep the bread slices on to a plate..
- Put a layer of mayonise over it..
- Add brocolli,olives,tomatoes, mushrooms,chilli flakes,oregano and other seasoning over it..
- At last put a slice of cheese on to the top of the vegetables..
- U can microwave/roast it on tawa for just 2-3 minutes so that the vegetables becomes tender and the cheese turns creamy..
- Serve it on a plate and garnish it with coriander leaves..
