- You need 250 grams of small mushrooms, thinly sliced.
- You need 1 pinch of dried rosemary.
- It's 1/2 of vegetable stock cube.
- It's 1 of black pepper and salt.
- You need 200 grams of cream cheese, light.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of mustard sauce.
Creamy Mushroom Sauce step by step
- Heat some oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add the mushrooms and fry until golden brown.
- Season with rosemary, pepper, crumble the stock cube. Take off heat.
- As soon as the mushrooms cool down a bit, add enough cream cheese to absorb the mushroom liquid (I put a bit less than 200g). Add mustard.
